Ember & Crust began as an idea: what if a restaurant website could feel as personal as the restaurant itself?
In our imagined story, cooks Elena Marín and Theo Russo met over a temperamental wood oven and a shared conviction that a pizza should belong to its neighborhood. Elena brought California produce; Theo brought three generations of dough opinions.
They found a sunny corner on Valencia, built a long redwood table, and called it Ember & Crust. The dough ferments for 48 hours. The toppings follow the farms. The playlist gets louder after eight.
“Make it carefully.
Serve it generously.”
None of the restaurant, founders, address, or services described here are real. Jubanni created this fictional brand to demonstrate what a thoughtful, owner-editable restaurant platform can be.
